Description:
A small shrub that can reach up to 8 m in height. It has a dark gray stem with multiple ramifications, from which lanceolate and slightly silky leaves of a bright green color emerge. During the inflorescence, at the apex of long peduncles, it blooms with small greenish-white flowers. Much sought after and highly appreciated for its resin, which is used to produce a particular incense (Borena).

Plant care:
It requires a lot of light all year round, still avoid direct sun rays.
It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 12 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.
Water abundantly every 10 days during the growing season. Completely stop watering during the resting period of the plant.
A substrate consisting of soil, gravel and sand in equal proportions is an optimal solution.
They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
