It is a particular shrub-like succulent plant. It produces a sturdy and fleshy stem, covered with a brown bark, on which thick gnarled branches grow. These branches dry out after the flowering period and form a protective layer, which at first sight resembles a sieve, which is why in the areas of its origin it is often called "sifkop" ("sieve head"). At the top of its caudiciform stem elliptical leaves appear, up to 5 cm long and 7 mm wide, that are of a glaucous green color. The flowering period is in winter, when its yellowish-green urn-shaped flowers bloom. Tylecodon reticulatus is a perfect plant to adorn rooms of any style.
