Pseudolithos migiurtinus is a small succulent plant. The size and color of this plant vary a lot, according to temperature, humidity and light conditions: from light green (in shady environments) to greenish gray (in half sun) or reddish-brown (in full sun). At the end of summer, it reaches the peak of its flowering. Its flower is cluster-shaped with scarlet-red hairy petals and, like much of Asclepiadaceae, it is generally pollinated by flies and gives off a bad smell.
