Ornithogalum caudatum

Extremely peculiar succulent, consisting of a bulb almost completely exposed above the ground and generally covered with whitish paper-like layers that protect it and, when they fall, show a lively bright light green epidermis. From the bulb depart many nastriform leaves, extremely thin and even one meter long, that grow facing upwards and then fall back into wonderful waterfalls of an intense emerald green. Starting from late spring, a stem at the apex of the bulb grows from the center of the bulb, which will bloom characteristic whitish flowers with green finishes along the petals.
