Matucana weberbaueri

It's a globose cactus with a green stem and a slight hollow at the apex. It is generally solitary, but as it grows it can form suckers around itself. Its numerous spines are long, straight and yellow. In spring you can admire its beautiful orange flowers with petals tinged with pink. It is a plant easy to grow.
