Matucana oreodoxa

It is a small cactus with a solitary habit. It has a short, globular stem, which can vary in color from bright to dark green. Its broad ribs have round tubercles, from which white-gray spines with a brown tip come out. During the flowering season, it blooms with orange flowers with red petal tips.
