Huernia x pendurata

It's a perennial succulent plant, a hybrid between two species: Huernia hystrix and Huernia pendula. Its green stems can change the color, depending on dry cold or light conditions. It is a highly sought after, because of its amazing unique flowers. Flowering occurs in late spring, producing flowers of a very particular shape: initially they are star-shaped, and then they open up completely and take on a button shape. Its deep carmine red petals are completely covered with numerous tubercles.
