Beautiful dwarf succulent whose name was chosen in honor of Harry Hall, who first discovered it in rocky areas at high altitudes. It has slender stems with square sections and delicately toothed along the edges, which do not exceed about 10 cm of height and tend to crawl to the ground rooting quickly. The epidermis assumes various shades that from the greyish-green change towards intense violaceous tones when exposed to abundant luminosity. The real strong point of this succulent is undoubtedly its inflorescence: from the star shape typical of the Asclepiadaceae, the flowers assume peculiar burgundy colourations enriched by showy streaks or three-dimensional whitish dots, that contrast pleasantly with the extremely dark throat, for a complex so detailed and original that can not go unnoticed!
