Beautiful succulent, believed to be a natural hybrid between Huernia clavigera and Huernia pillansii; it’ made up of tufts of stems that grow together, not reaching considerable heights but rather creating a pleasant cushion of a beautiful light green tinged with purplish more or less intensely depending on the season. Each stem is made up of several pointed but not very furrowed ribs, with light soft teeth that give it a rustic and scenographic appearance. The real strong point of the plant is undoubtedly the flower that blooms in summer: as typical of all the species belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family, it has velvety 5-pointed flowers in shades of a yellowish-cream enriched by thick red dots. The central corolla appears so detailed and peculiar that it almost seems like a new flower!
