The variegated shape of this succulent presents the typical yellow-whitish zones in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent. Such zones will never be identical from one plant to another making each exemplar absolutely unique and for this reason, very sought after by collectors. It looks like a succulent dwarf, whose small cylindrical stems do not exceed a few centimetres in height, but rather tend to develop horizontally to cover large spaces. At the flattened apex of the plant there are present some translucent zones, almost transparent, like a sort of windows (from which the name of the whole genus) that allow the passage of the sun rays inside the plant and solicit the photosynthesis. From the beginning of autumn this succulent will delight you with large flowers with multi-layered petals, thin and bright yellow or white tones!
