Euphorbia lactea f. mostruosa

The monstrous form of this succulent plant presents geometric anomalies, for example asymmetrical protuberances or the absence of thorns, different for each individual specimen, so as to make each of them absolutely unique and therefore extremely sought after by collectors. In the particular case of this species, we are often faced with a wonderful chromatic effect: the stem, already shaded from light green to dark green in its normal form, presents further orange-reddish tones as you get closer to the monstrous part, for a truly breathtaking appearance! It is also commonly called "candlestick plant" due to the arrangement of the branches with the central stem, all pleasantly adorned with well-marked ribs with a slightly winged shape, with small tubercles at the ends from which rigid forked spines grow.
