Conophytum piluliforme

This small succulent exemplar is native to South Africa. It expands by accessing and can cover vast surfaces. Its leaves arranged in pairs are very fleshy, rounded and glaucous green. It can assume with the passage of time of the purple shades and the surface of the leaves is slightly dotted. From the crack in the middle of the leaves bloom, in mid-autumn, beautiful purple flowers. The flowers of C. pilulifome are nocturnal.
