Commiphora campestris

A rare shrubby succulent plant that can become a bonsai, if pruned regularly. It has an erect, branching brown stem covered in yellowish papery bark. Its elongated and serrated leaves, of a bright green color sprout from its branches. It produces a particular resin (myrrh) that is used to create an essential oil for perfumes. During the flowering period, it blooms with small greenish flowers. It is an ideal plant to decorate your garden.
