It is a small succulent plant that does not exceed 10 cm in height, but rather expands horizontally, creating wonderful green carpets. Ceropegia woodii produces long stems (up to 90 cm long), from which bright green leaves grow, that are marked with white-silver streaks on the upper part and are of a wonderful purplish hue on the lower one. The peculiarity of this plant lies in its beautiful heart-shaped foliage, for which the plant is often called "string of hearts" or "chain of hearts". In summer - early autumn, this succulent blooms with small lantern-shaped purple flowers.
