Aloe rupestris

Very rare succulent, particularly appreciated for its rapid growth compared to others of the genre, able to give you in a short time a real spectacle of nature. Characterized by long leaves, rigid and lanceolate, facing upwards and strongly pointed at the apex where they end in robust quills, in the young seedlings the foliage tends to arrange in opposite pairs and tightly stacked on each other, and then create wonderful rosettes more open in mature age. The foliar margins are dotted with brownish teeth that contrast pleasantly with the opaque glaucous green of the epidermis. One of the strengths of this species, to which we also owe the name with which it is commonly known as "Bottlebrush aloe", are the inflorescences: from the center of the rosette stand robust stems with large orange spikes apical that, with their exponential size compared to the plant, give this succulent a charm and a liveliness absolutely unique!
