Adenium boehmianum

A beautiful caudiciform succulent plant, which was found in Namibia by the collector Petr Pavelka. It is a deciduous plant (it loses its leaves during the dormant period) with slow growth. At the base it has a caudex, where it stores water to survive during drought periods. At the end of its lignified stem leaves grow: large, green, lanceolate, with numerous veins inside. The plant is highly sought after by succulent lovers all over the world for the particularity of its flowers. During the flowering period you can admire its magnificent flowers of very variable color: white, cream, light pink, red or purplish. When it reaches a mature age it becomes a real bonsai, which may decorate your interior.
