Also known as Napalea cochenillifera f. variegata. It is a very rare hairless cactus with flattened and fleshy stems. They have the particularity of taking on an attractive green and yellow variegation. Its areoles are separated from each other, they are downy, of a orange color, and that tend to whiten, as the plant grows. In winter, at the end of its stems, it blooms with narrow and erect flowers of an iridescent color, which varies from pink to red.
