Sedum pachyphyllum (Succulents)

It is a perennial succulent plant that spreads easily and ends up densely covering the ground’s surface. At the base, its woody stems produce thick, short club-shaped leaves that turn red, when exposed to sunlight or colder temperatures. In spring it blooms with large star-shaped buttercup yellow flowers.
