Graceful succulent characterized by short thin stems, completely covered by tufts of short but extremely fleshy leaves, cylindrical, almost spherical. The plant does not reach remarkable heights but branches abundantly giving rise to a kind of peculiar small bush of a bright light green, extremely shiny. The variegated shape presents the typical lighter areas in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent: these characteristics will never be the same from one plant to another, therefore each exemplar will be absolutely unique! Between late winter and early spring the charm of Sedum hernandezii is amplified by pleasant clusters of small yellow star-shaped flowers, which give the plant an additional touch of vivacity.
