This shrub species native to India is now also widespread in Asia and Africa. Among the nutrients found in Moringe there are: numerous antioxidants, vitamins A and C, protein, calcium, potassium, iron, selenium. Nowadays, food supplements are also created from the dry leaves or caudex of some species of Moringa. They have oval-shaped leaves of intense green color and a shrub stem with powerful roots.
