Schlumbergera gaertneri f. variegated (Cactus)

The variegated shape of this cactus presents yellowish shades in places where there is a lack of chlorophyll; these shades are never the same in plants making each of them unique and for this reason very appreciated by collectors. In its normal form it is an epiphytic cactus that grows by clinging to other plants receiving physical support. With the growth it ramifies easily, creating numerous flattened stems, initially erect but tending to assume a drooping posture, divided into segments that have the wavy margins on which we notice very small golden spines. The epidermis is bright green in color. In spring it produces large flowers of various colors: white, orange, fuchsia, red.
