Rebutia pygmaea var. colorea (Cactus)

Also known as Aylostera colorea or Lobivia pygmea colorea. It is a cactaceae plant with a slightly elongated cylindrical stem of an olive-green color with purplish shades. The whitish areoles are oval and spaced apart. The short, thin, rough spines can vary in color from brown to white. As the other Rebutia, flowering occurs during spring and lasts until summer. The funnel-shaped flowers can be found in a wide range of colors, from white to pink, red-salmon and orange.
