Pilosocereus magnificus, just as its name suggests, is a plant endowed with an extraordinary beauty. Characterized by its columnar posture, this species offers a spectacle with regard to its pigmentation: a soft green is the background to a magnificent and opaque blue that is slightly dimmed as you reach the inner part of the deep ribbing. Just these ribs, so pronounced, are adorned in the external part, by small circular and brownish areolas, from which emerge golden thorns of different sizes. Reaching the apex, the spines intensify and reach even a few millimeters longer. In general P. magnificus, is a very resistant plant and much loved.
