Opuntia inamoena (Cactus)

It is a cactus plant, also known as Tacinga inamoena. It has a very branched shape and usually it has a spine-free epidermis of a bright green color. Its pads are covered with small gray to yellow areoles, from which very small silky brown-yellowish spines emerge. In late spring and summer, it blooms with small diurnal flowers, ranging in color from brick red to orange.
