It is a plant of a particular shape, due to its crest, that makes each specimen unique. Also known as Parodia haselbergii f. crestata; it is a small and fast growing cultivar. It has a double fan shape, of a dark green color, covered by thin silvery white spines, which grow from the numerous downy areoles, present on the plant. The flowering season, which can last for months, begins at the end of winter and generates small and beautiful flowers of a bright orange color.
