Lobivia famatimensis f. variegated (Cactus)

This small cactus with very small dimensions is considered one of the most beautiful and distinctive, characterized by a concave stem at the apex and a greenish color that is tinged with a wonderful intense purple in full light. The variegated shape of this cactus presents the typical lighter areas in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent: these characteristics will never be the same from one plant to another, therefore each specimen will be absolutely unique! From its thick and numerous tubercles grow yellowish or orange spines, which cover the whole stem and resemble, due to their arrangement, small miniature spiders. The inflorescences bloom at the apex of the plant, are relatively large and take on yellow and reddish colors, whose pleasant warm shades will certainly not go unnoticed!
