Frailea knippeliana (Cactus)

Frailea knippeliana is a plant covered with many small straight thorns, which arise from its green stem enriched with possible purple shades. This species requires a sunny environment, although in summer it is preferable to find a more shady place, for this reason in nature it is not difficult to find it among the rocks. Its flowers are really beautiful, of a yellow color that goes from more delicate to more intense shades, and have the particularity of being able to pollinate even if they do not open!
