Copiapoa variispinata (Cactus)

This specimen has a globose stem of light green color, equipped with protruding tubercles above which are white and fluffy areoles. From the latter come out its thin spines of yellowish color that with the passage of time and with the growth become reddish or grayish. Its beautiful flowers bloom at the apex of the stem and have intense yellow petals.
