Trichocaulon marlothii

The name of this succulent is given in honor of the collector of the species, Dr. Marloth. Its fleshy stem has an almost oval cylindrical shape, slightly flattened at the apex and is equipped with raised tubercles above which there is a very small green leaf. The flowering period of this succulent is spring and at the apex of the stems bloom beautiful star-shaped flowers. They are very popular for their coloring, have white petals with numerous reddish streaks that create a perfect contrast with the white hue and give the plant a truly eye-catching look.
