It prefers very bright locations, however avoid direct sunlight especially in the hottest hours of the day.
Its ideal temperature is around 20 ° C; it is advisable to place it sheltered in winter.
Compared to the typical succulents it needs a soil that is always moist, even in depth. Regular and frequent watering is therefore recommended, while avoiding water stagnation.
A rather soft and acidic substrate is optimal, but also draining (you can add, for example, pumice, lapilli or sand).
It does not require frequent fertilization, it will be sufficient to dilute liquid fertilizer with water for irrigation once a year.
