Globular cactacea plant, which tends to clump easily with growth, of a nice greyish green. It has numerous small and very prominent tubercles, at the top of which, from narrow and elongated areoles, thick thin yellow-whitish thorns emerge, which are arranged on both sides of the areola and assume a rather chaotic arrangement, completely covering the body of the cactus and making it a spectacular yellow thorny ball!
