Sulcorebutia Heinzii

Sulcorebutia heinzii is a small plant highly appreciated by green collectors, characterized by narrow white areoles which contrast strongly with the dark color of the body, that is of an almost black green color. It has rhomboid ribs, inside each of these ribs white areoles can be seen, which hold tiny, dark and combed spines. It blooms in late spring, and its flowers last up to five days. During this period you can admire numerous inflorescences that surround the base of the plant, with their typical very bright magenta color, as if they were made of silk.
