Stapelia maculosa

Succulent plant consisting of erect stems that do not exceed 10 cm in height, but tend to grow in groups, generating a sort of pleasant bush with multiple bodies, all characterized by a small diameter and 4 not very pronounced ribs. It has asymmetrical tubercles, ending in a soft tip facing upwards. What is most striking about this plant are certainly its showy inflorescences: made up of 5 pointed cream-colored petals, pleasantly spotted with red, often creating a continuous burgundy margin along the edge; in the central part there is a three-dimensional ring characteristic of the genus, which makes this plant truly unique and unmistakable!
