Senecio deflersii

Commonly known as "Pickle plant", that is pickle plant, this exemplar shows in fact similarity with a cucumber both for the cylindrical shape and rather massive, both for the sparse dotted scars present along the epidermis due to the fall of its very small leaves. With the growth, near the apex of the central cylindrical stem tend to develop branches pointing upwards, characterized by stems more slender and slightly pointed.
