Semponium 'Sienna' is the first hybrid created by crossing Aeonium and Sempervivum and was first created in England. It has inherited some characteristics of the parents such as the Aeonium the colourations and the Sempervivum the resistance to winter temperatures. It has a rosette arrangement of the leaves, reaches large dimensions with a large central rosette that creates numerous small rosettes around it. Its fleshy leaves with a shape similar to that of the Aeonium are green and have purple or reddish shades that change depending on the season. The red edges, the elegance of the leaves that are covered with a protective down like that of the Sempervivum; the colors and shades that assume throughout the year, make this plant unique and a jewel that can not miss in your collection.
