Peculiar cactaceae, which grows with thin and long stems, usually climbing. They are formed by ribs with 3 or 5 sharp edges, well straight, along which we notice small areoles without thorns (hence the name of the species "inermis"). The epidermis is of a light green pleasantly shiny, among which stand out even more, the gigantic flowers that are the real strong point of the exemplar : they're of a nice delicate white and have the particularity, like all the genus, of blooming in the middle of the night, emanating a very intense scent and giving a show so unique to deserve the title of "queen of the night"!
