It is a very attractive succulent, extremely different from other species of the genus. It takes its name from the sweet and spicy scent, that its small white spring flowers spread. It is arranged in graceful rosettes, that do not reach imposing dimensions, consisting of fleshy leaves, which are slightly curved at the tip, of a glaucous bluish-green color, covered with a whitish powder. The peculiarity of these rosettes is undoubtedly their ability to change the color, taking on wonderful pinkish shades, when temperatures go down!
