Sedum dasyphyllum

Known more commonly by the name of Borracina cinerea, Sedum dasyphyllum is a perennial succulent plant with ground cover growth, which grows in arid environments with little soil in the Mediterranean basin. The name of the species derives from the Greek words "dasys" - "hairy", and "phyllon" - "leaf", referring to the curious rounded shape of the green leaves, arranged along the stems. From June to July it blooms with small white cluster flowers.
