It is a relatively recent hybrid between two genera: Sedum and Echeveria. It produces long sturdy stems, on the top of which beautiful bluish-green rosettes are formed, consisting of fleshy lance-shaped leaves, slightly concave, with a small tip at the apex. The margins and tips of the foliage are embellished with pinkish shades. The foliage is densely covered with a whitish pruina which gives the plant a dull appearance and performs the function of protecting it from the intense sun and rain. Sedeveria 'Purplish Ivory', when stressed, tends to take on more intense shades, which make the plant even more spectacular, ideal for adorning your terraces and balconies.
