Rhytidocaulon paradoxum

Small exemplar of succulent that grows in the hot areas of Saudi Arabia, much sought after by collectors around the world for its appearance. It has a fleshy stem of greyish color with tubercles similar to scales. Much appreciated also for its inflorescences: from the shape of a five-pointed star, yellow with spots, reddish streaks and with red tips.
