Rebutia heliosa subs. teresae

It is similar to the Rebutia heliosa, but this one has long spines. In nature it can be found solitary, however, when cultivated, it tends to cluster. The silver-white spines are dense, which completely wrap up the plant. It has a fleshy taproot. Flowers, as for the majority of the Rebutia varieties, are trumpet-shaped, of a red-orange color.
