Rebutia densipectinata

Cactacea consisting of an extremely small stem, globular but tending to become cylindrical with growth. The plant generally grows heavily clumped, quickly creating a kind of pretty many-headed pillow. Each head has dark green skin, not very visible because it is completely covered by dense whitish spines, extremely short, thin and arranged to wrap the body of the cactus. The very name of the species wants to highlights this characteristic of the spines to flatten in a very compact way to the stems.
