The name of this species comes from the Latin and literally means "rural", in reference to the grassy or coastal habitat of the succulent. It is a pretty thin and flexible plant that does not exceed 10 cm in height and maintains a rather compact shape. It consists of a tuberous and elongated caudex of a few centimeters, generally underground, from which in the vegetative season ovate leaves of a beautiful emerald green furrowed by obvious veins and covered by a slight down that makes it almost silvery in the sun. The foliage often takes a pinnate shape, enriched by serrated and asymmetric margins that give the plant a wavy and pleasant trend. One undoubtedly loved feature of Pelargonium are its simple but elegant flowers: the elongated petals on the notes of white fade into violet reflections that make the plant delicate and original at the same time!
