Pachypodium densiflorum

The mane Pachypodium densiflorum means "dense flowered", because it produces a lot of yellow flowers. It is a slow growing caudiciform succulent with a low and branched habit. It can reach a height of 70 cm and a width of 2 m. It has a silver trunk with green shades, and in its caudex it stores water to survive during drought periods. In the period of vegetative rest, it loses its leaves.
