Pachypodium decaryi

It is a very appreciated plant among green collectors, due to its globose caudex, where it stores water to survive during drought periods. It's also unique in its genus, since it is almost devoid of spines. It is slow growing, but it can reach up to 2 to 4 meters in height. It has oval, green and very shiny leaves, which it loses during the vegetative rest period. Its large white flowers have an intense and pleasant scent.
