It is a fleshy succulent plant of a light green to purple color. It grows in the shape of a rosette; it has elongated leaves, that widen up towards the tip, resembling the head of a viper. The leaves are of a gray-green color with a white tip at the apex, surrounded by a purplish shade, that could become more intense, if exposed to intense sunlight or in dry cold conditions. Flowering occurs in spring, blooming with small flowers of warm and bright colors.
