Description:
The crested form of this beloved plant takes on the typical shape of a compact fan, which makes each exemplar unique and particularly sought after. It also assumes wonderful yellow variegations at the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent, making this plant a real very rare jewel! It is characterized by fleshy leaves with a pointed oval shape, with flattened facets similar to gems, which is why it is also called "Little Jewel" ("little jewel"). The epidermis assumes a greenish-grey colour with white veins, but it can assume a violaceous colouration if exposed to the intense sun or to the dry cold.
