P. bracteosum in its crested form represents a unique and distinctive exemplar, thanks to its beautiful fan shape that distinguishes it from other pachyphytum. Magnificent succulent plant, characterized by very fleshy obovate leaves in the shape of a club, with a silvery-grey colour tending to pink. Thanks to this particular colouration this plant is also called "moonstone". During the flowering period, in late winter, it produces particular calyx-shaped flowers, varying from opaque red to dark red, which create a beautiful contrast with the "lunar" colour of the leaves. By virtue of this effect, it is a perfect plant to furnish the modern interiors of your homes and offices.
