Orostachys iwarenge f. variegated

The variegated shape of this succulent has yellowish hues due to the lack of chlorophyll in the epidermis; in some varieties they are found in the central part of the leaves and in others, along the margins. These shades make the plant unique and much sought after by collectors around the world. In the normal form O. iwarenge is a succulent with a rosette arrangement that expands to create multiple rosettes. The epidermis, thanks to a sort of whitish plum that covers the succulent, takes on pleasant shades between silver and lilac, which will certainly not allow it to go unnoticed. Orostachys iwarenge is also famous for being a monocarpic plant, namely that produces small and delicate white flowers once in a lifetime, but don’t worry: the pretty rosettes spread and root so fast that you will continue to have your wonderful succulent!
