Notocactus eugeniae DV41 (Tacuarembo)

Also known as Parodia mueller-melchersii. It is a globular cactus of a slightly concave rounded shape at the apex. It has numerous areoles with a long central spine and numerous small and thin spines, which completely cover the plant. Flowering occurs in summer, generating multiple bright yellow flowers of the particular donut mold shape.
